Inclusive Leaders: Driving the Future Workplace
The legal profession is undergoing unprecedented change. Law school enrollment is down. Law school debt is up. Clients are looking for quicker, faster, cheaper work. And start‐ups are exploiting inefficiencies in the legal market. The profession is changing more quickly than we can even imagine. For you reading this however, the question to ask isn’t, “What just happened?” but rather, “How will you lead it?”
We are in the Future Workplace, one with millennial workers, diverse employees, flat organizations, 24‐7 hours and a freelance workforce. How can you ensure forward thinking, innovative work? How can you ensure your employees are the best at what they do? How can you lead the Future Workplace? You need to be an Inclusive Leader. In this session, we will discuss what we mean by the Future Workplace. Then we will determine what skills you need to lead that workplace.
